Q. What are those black streaks on my roof?
A. The black streaks found on many roofs are caused by algae. The algae can be cleaned and your roof can be freshened up to improve the aesthetics and value of your home. There is NO need to replace your roof.
Q. Doesn't power washing damage shingles?
A. Yes, it does. I use a method called Soft-Washing. Using Soft-Washing techniques, I am able to clean asphalt roofs without any pressure at all. I am also able to soft wash vinyl sided and painted homes using soft washing methods. There is NO need to use pressure on the exterior of a home!
